“Books are a uniquely portable magic”

Thoughts weave a pattern of images and these thoughts take a shape in
the form of words. When these words are penned down, we find creativity.
Creativity manifests itself in various ways and one of those is ‘Poetry’ – a
form of creativity that involves words woven aesthetically to bring out deep
thoughts in few lines.

August 14, 2019 marked the celebration of Pre-Independence Day with
patriotic fervor when the Amphitheatre at DPS Greater Faridabad came alive
with the reverberating music of patriotic songs. This day was also a red letter
day in the history of DPS Greater Faridabad where the school felicitated its
faculty Ms. Vibhuti Vaid and inaugurated her book ‘An Oeuvre’, an exclusive
collection of poems.
The book was launched by Principal, Ms. Surjeet Khanna, Ms. Ekta Bhatnagar,
Managing Director of Edutech Publishers Pvt. Ltd., Ms. Vibhuti Vaid, her
parents Mrs. and Mr. Pradeep Bali, her husband, Mr. Sudhir Vaid and her other
family members.
Vibhuti started writing poems as a child but she had never realized that her
playful expressions with words will one day become her passion for expressing
poetry. Her words are simple yet they touch the heart. She writes about
feelings and emotions that every individual can relate to across all ages. Her
universal appeal is her forte. The book ‘An Oeuvre’ is an amalgamation of her
deep thoughts that touch the hearts with the simplicity of words.
