IT Competition -
‘Building Creative Confidence’

“Creativity is simply connecting new dots in new ways”
Students were welcomed to ‘Unleashing Creativity’, a platform
where we inspire and foster the creativity in every one. We do
this by designing creative projects - projects which give wings
to the imagination of students and inculcate life skills using
technology. The IT Department of our school organized an
Intra-Section IT Competition-‘Building Creative Confidence’
for young Dipsites. This event witnessed 100% participation
of the students with full fervour and each painting was very
appealing and alluring. The theme of the competition was-
‘Nature’. The little Dipsites used MS Paint to showcase their
artistic skills by creating striking scenes.
Learning Beyond the Walls…. Learning by doing!
Education has evolved in leaps and bounds in recent years. Traditional pedagogical techniques used for explaining a topic may still
be useful but education today revolves around encouraging the students to awaken their curiosity and desire to learn.
We at DPS Greater Faridabad aim at delivering the best to our students through blended learning environments that integrate the
use of digital media, hands-on learning, diversity, collaboration and customization. Let’s have a look at some of the round the year
activities which children enjoy while learning.
Roll the Dice Sense Station
This energizer activity aims at enhancing the creativity and To help stimulate the
writing skills of the students. It targets the enrichment of young enquiring minds,
vocabulary. Students were to roll a dice and read the word we introduce students
which appears on the top. They had to identify the word as to the five senses which
a noun, adjective or verb and frame a sentence using that are the main tools that
particular word. humans use to perceive
the world. Teachers
initiate this activity by

station and learn about
different sense organs
