Colouring Competition
‘My Beautiful World’

The inspiration and power of art plays a vital role in enabling
children to enhance their artistic skill. Colouring is one of the
most interesting activities that can be carried out to develop fine
motor skills in children. To foster the observation, imagination
and creativity of our young Dipsites, an Intra-Section Colouring
Competition was organized. The theme of the competition
was ‘My Beautiful World’. The creatively coloured colouring
sheets were displayed on the class soft boards for each one to
appreciate and admire.

Friendship Day Card Making
Competition

“A friend is one of the nicest things you can have and one of
the best things you can be!”
To celebrate the bond of friendship and to give Dipsites a
lesson on reducing waste to save our future, a Best Out of Waste
– Friendship Day Card Making Competition was organized.
The little Dipsites used their imagination and creativity to make
their cards beautiful. They used broken bangles, plastic bottles,
peanut shell, beads, foil, thermocol glasses, old CD etc. The
criteria for the competition were presentation, use of material,
innovation and overall effect. It displayed creativity of the little
ones and developed sense of love for environment.

Show And Tell Competition

can change lives.”
Show and Tell is an important part of children’s
learning and development, as it helps them to build
effective communication and listening skills. To help
our budding orators communicate their feelings,
thoughts and emotions, an Intra-Section Show and
Tell Competition was organised. Students performed
on the themes like - A Special Artifact, My Favourite
Sport and My Favourite Outfit. Students participated
confidently showcasing an array of interesting objects
for their performance. Some of these objects were
swimming floaters, The Taj Mahal, chopsticks etc.
