Class XI in order to develop self awareness, inner

“MINDFULNESS”. School counsellors, Ms. Mukta
Chhabra and Ms. Isha Pahuja emphasised on the
importance of self awareness, self evealuation, self
motivation and a set of practice and skills which
center around four qualities: attention, intention,
presence and openness. It was a journey of reflections and experiential learning for students to exhibit
their happiness through this wonderful tool. More experimentation and innovation also took place through
various exciting and joyful activities. All the students participated with zeal and enjoyed various activities
which in turn helped them to check their attentiveness, alertness, mental awareness and attention span.
They were made aware about physical presence and mental presence. They were educated about various
tools to focus their attention. They also practiced meditation through guided visualisation to energise
themselves and to relax their brain and body.
