Like always in our endeavor to ensure that little
Dipsites meet their favourite authors, this year too,
we had the gracious presence of renowned author
Ms. Nandana Dev Sen for interactive session for
Class III on April 15, 2019.
We welcomed the winters in a special way, when
we had Ms. Sonia Bareja, a popular story teller,
among our Dipsites on October 22, 2019. During
the session, Ms. Sonia Bareja enacted her stories
and encouraged the students for their active
participation and made everyone sing and dance
wholeheartedly. This interactive session was full of
fun with happy faces all around.

How can I forget to give special mention to the
dipsites who collaborated with the ‘SledgeHammer
Foundation’ to reach out to the children from the
disadvantaged social group, sharing stories with
them and interacting with them. Good Samaritans
in making!!
Now hear it out from my Junior Ignited Minds…
2019-20 session has been a fantastically chilly year
in last few decades where children could use the
warmth of books and knowledge to its best. During
the session, where on one hand we saw few Dipsites
graduating to the senior library, on the other hand I A day with Subhadra Sen Gupta
witnessed and welcomed new Dipsites to the world On February 8,2020 12 Dipsites and Ms. Mamta Deshwal
of knowledge. our School Librarian attended the book launch of
Ms.Subhdra Sen Gupta’s book “The Constitution of India
I feel proud to be the first one to see the BIG smile for children” at Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad.The book is
full of illustrations and written in such a way that students
on the faces of Dipsites who enter the library for would definitely love to read it was an event organized by
the first time in their education journey. Little Bookwook. Students were filled with excitement to meet
shining stars got fascinated with my new colourful the author. They bought her book and got it autographed
also. Ms.Sen Gupta talked about her book and gave some
infrastructure and books collection. New Dipsites writing tips and shared some personal experiences with
definitely felt like being in ‘Wonderland’ with books our students. It was a great venture of learning and fun.

year, we started with “I Read... I Lead Felicitation
Ceremony” on May 05, 2019 wherein Ms. Paro
Anand, a famous author, felicitated the winners of
the program with Badges and Certificates. Students
felt proud to get the same from one of their idols.
