The History department of our school organised a HERITAGE WALK- an educational visit to the National Museum, New Delhi for History students classes XI and XII along with Eco and Heritage PDP Club students of Grade XI on 17th May, 2024, Friday.

The students visited various galleries dedicated to different time periods: Harappan, Maurya, Shunga and Satavahana Arts, Kushans, Guptas, Medieval Art, Miniature Paintings, Buddhist Artefacts, Manuscripts and so much more.

The historical excursion facilitated exploration of  various dimensions of India’s rich cultural past with an inquiry based experiential learning approach. 

The students thoroughly explored and enjoyed reconstructing the past through artifacts that came to life!
