Where Curiosity Begins
Igniting a Love for Learning in Our Youngest Explorers through Montessori and Balvatika (1, 2, and 3) programs, followed by classes 1st and 2nd.
“When children pretend, they’re using their imaginations to move beyond the bounds of reality. A stick can be a magic wand. A sock can be a puppet. A small child can be a superhero.” – Fred Rogers
At DPS Greater Faridabad, we recognize the natural inquisitiveness of children, especially at the age of 2+, as they explore the world with boundless curiosity (what? where? why?). These foundational years are crucial in shaping their future. In alignment with the National Education Policy 2020, we strive to provide a warm, nurturing environment that fosters creativity and inquiry through an integrated, STEAM-based curriculum. Here, children are encouraged to explore their imaginations and build the critical thinking skills necessary for lifelong learning.
Our Core Beliefs

Learning through Play-Based Inquiry
Children learn best when they are happy and engaged in play. Play nurtures their curiosity, improves motor skills, and enhances creativity. By allowing them to play freely, we help them grow and develop key skills.

Critical Thinking and Visible Learning
Critical thinking is an essential skill for future success. At DPS Greater Faridabad, children’s understanding is evident in their words, actions, and creative expressions, demonstrating visible learning outcomes.

Building Responsive Relationships
We believe that learning happens best within the context of supportive relationships. In a nurturing environment, children are empowered to express their intelligence, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

Affluent Literacy and Math Experience
Strong language and mathematical foundations are vital for a child’s growth and future success. We ensure that literacy and math skills are developed through engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Helping Young Learners Achieve Their Full Potential

Welcome and Free Play
Our beautifully set-up classrooms welcome children with energizing music. Play and social interactions help children channel their energy and ease into the learning environment.

Circle Time
Circle Time fosters positive group interactions and builds a sense of community. During this time, children engage in yoga, sing-alongs, storytelling, and guided discussions that energize and inspire them.

Discovery Station
Our discovery stations encourage exploration and investigation through sensory experiences, fine motor activities, read-alouds, music, art, and pretend play—promoting curiosity and learning.

Sensory Station
Interactive sensory walls allow children to express their emotions and interests through smelling, tasting, listening, and touch-based activities.

Storytime and Book Station
Storytelling opens up new worlds for children, teaching them life lessons and expanding their vocabulary. Picture books and read-alouds are central to this station, promoting literacy and a love for reading.

Art and Design Station
Art allows children to communicate and express their feelings without words. Through fun art activities like thumb printing, vegetable printing, and cotton dabbing, they enhance their creativity and fine motor skills.

Outdoor Play
Our outdoor spaces encourage physical activity through jumping, running, cycling, and more. The sandpit, splash pool, and other play areas foster gross motor development and joy through play.

Snack Time
Snack time is a social experience where children enjoy food together, learning about healthy habits while fostering bonds with their peers.
We Are a Purposeful School

Familiarisation Programme
Our Familiarisation Programme builds a partnership between parents and teachers through an interactive forum at the start of the school year. Parents are briefed on school routines, requirements, and policies, ensuring clear communication.
Parent Communication App (ERP)
Our dedicated classroom app allows teachers to mark attendance and report daily classwork and homework, keeping parents informed.

Parent-Teacher Partnership Meetings
These meetings, held every three months, enable parents and teachers to collaborate on positive improvements to each child’s learning experience.
Naptime
Children’s individual sleep patterns are accommodated with personal cots, ensuring a comfortable rest period.

Classrooms
Happy Hoppers Playhouse features five classrooms designed for group work, special projects, and free exploration. Thematic centers, dramatic play areas, reading nooks, and sensory tables enhance academic development.
Nature Corner
We introduce children to plants, helping them develop curiosity and awareness about nature. This brings calmness and teaches them to appreciate the natural world.

Professionals with Passion
Our student-teacher ratio ensures personalized attention, meeting the emotional and social needs of every child.
- Teacher-student ratio: 2:10
- 1 trained caregiver for every 10 children
Prioritizing Hygiene
Our playhouse follows rigorous hygiene standards, maintaining a zero-litter environment. Clean, child-friendly washrooms promote healthy habits from an early age.
