With this beautiful quote in mind and to help our little Dipsites appreciate the significance and beauty of colours, DPS Greater Faridabad celebrated ‘Red Day’ for the students of Nursery on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. It was a dazzling celebration as the teachers and students participated wholeheartedly over the online session to make the day lively and spirited. Dressed in myriad shades of red, our little angels looked stunning and full of vigor and optimism. The session buzzed with a series of exciting activities which fostered self-expression and emphasized colour recognition. Our young learners’ eyes sparkled with delight as they listened to the story of ’Little Red Riding Hood’ narrated by their teachers. They bubbled with enthusiasm while making red watermelon paper craft. The teachers beamed with pride as the students recited rhymes on red colour with utmost passion and flair. The active participation of the young learners helped in reinforcing their fine motor and cognitive skills. It was indeed a reviving and rejuvenating experience for our little Dipsites which made the day a spectacular one.
