“Poetry is the rhythmical creation of beauty in words”

Poetry Recitation is a mode of expression, a medium to reflect the hidden talents of the young ones. It is a stepping stone for young students to develop their oratory skills and enhance their confidence. Considering all these facts, students of Class II enthusiastically participated in the online English Recitation Activity, on 16th July 2021. The students chose a variety of topics for their recitation like cleanliness, smile, teachers, environment, books, I am lucky, healthy lifestyle, etc, and recited them with great zeal and enthusiasm.   

The activity not only gave the students exposure to the world of poetry but also enhanced their speaking skills. They astonished everyone with their voice modulation skills and intonation. It was indeed, a great pleasure to watch our young dipsites, reciting the poems with poise and actions using a variety of beautiful props. It provided an opportunity for the students to exhibit their talent. The efforts of the students were applauded by awarding them e badges and e certificates.
