To make learning enriching and meaningful, 25 students of Political Science and Legal Studies,  of Class XI-XII, along with two teachers, were taken for an educational trip to Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, Teen Murti Bhawan, New Delhi, on 18 July 2023. The place was well researched and discussed before, with the students, for them to have an invigorating experience. After a two hours journey, by bus, the lush green and primed venue was a treat to the eyes. First leg of the tour was nostalgic as we got to see the making of the Constitution, in several languages on a click of a button, hear the historic speech, ‘Tryst with Destiny’, by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, experience wonderful art of technology with  digital display of Amendments, Articles and Annexures of the Constitution etc. which got the students filled with excitement to explore more and more. The tasteful display of artefacts that belonged to our first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, in the form of gifts received from dignitaries, his personal belongings, handwritten letters, his study room, living room and the room where he breathed his last was an experience to revel. The new segment of the Sangrahalaya, inaugurated in April 2022 was yet another interesting and learning experience. The journey of all the Pradhan Mantri’s’ of India since independence, their feat, their landmark decisions, and their years in power had been photographically displayed along with their anecdotes. The usage of technology and aesthetic  display of the accomplishments could time travel the students in the years bygone.   Last yet not the least, was the Time Machine segment which rounded up the historical journey of our country in an intriguing manner. Students  clicked and captured  the time and journey of our country, and its leaders, while they toured the place. The trip culminated with refreshment in Namaste Café after a 4 hour tour of the Sangrahalaya.
