A workshop on ‘Super Searchers in times of AI’ was conducted by Mahattattva in collaboration with Google at Google Office, Gurugram on 18 March 2024. Five teachers from IT Department Ms Sulagna Chatterjee , Ms Heena Anand, Ms Reshu Ganjoo, Ms Priti Chugh and Ms Neetu Gupta attended the workshop. The workshop was led by Ms Vibha Puri from Mahattattva team and teachers across the country participated in this interactive workshop. ‘Super Searchers’ is an information literacy program that will equip teaching staff and students with the skills to increase their search and information literacy, so that they are able to evaluate information online, effectively and critically. Participants were introduced to various fact checking tools and resources available online to verify information and combat misinformation.

Ms Heena Anand among the attendees was felicitated with Super Searchers Certificate for conducting such sessions in school. The workshop empowered the participants to navigate the digital landscape responsibly and contribute to a more informed society. Overall, it was an informative and enriching session.
