In order to enhance the comprehensive learning experience of the students and to encourage them to have a hand on experience in learning History, the Social Science department of DPS Greater Faridabad, inspired the Dipsites of class VI to explore and create sources of the History either literary or archeological. Our young students indeed shaped exquisite and dazzling sources of history which included meticulously drawn manuscripts with a teaching of Vedas written over it, coinage, fossil imprints and intricately drawn paintings of ancient monuments. They activity not only achieved the aim of registering core concepts in the brain as holistic experiences, giving the student’s mind more anchors to tie the memory to but also integrated the learning experience with art.
