It goes without saying that students’ participation in activities infuses originality, self-confidence and self-reliance in them. To help our young Dipsites strengthen their verbal skills and foster public speaking competency, we at D.P.S Greater Faridabad organised an ‘Intra-Section Show and Tell Competition on July 21 and 22, 2022. Our ever-passionate Dipsites of Class 1 showcased their talent and harnessed their oratorical, social, emotional and language skills. The theme of the competition ranged from favourite family member, favourite sport to a special artifact from a family trip. It gave students an opportunity to enhance their descriptive skills by communicating their feelings, thoughts and emotions. Effective usage of innovative and colourful props by the students added to the enriching atmosphere and made the event livelier. This activity was not only an informative experience for the students but also a feast to the audience’s eyes.
