The class assembly organized by 3-F on the theme “Eat Healthy, Feel Healthy, Be Healthy” was a remarkable event that effectively conveyed the importance of holistic wellness to the student body.
The assembly commenced with a prayer. It emphasized the spiritual aspect of well-being, acknowledging the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul in the pursuit of health and happiness. Following the prayer, students presented a poem and a skit illustrating the dichotomy between healthy and junk food choices. Through creative storytelling and engaging performances, the skit portrayed two contrasting scenarios: one depicting the positive outcomes of consuming wholesome foods rich in nutrients, and the other showcasing the adverse effects of indulging in processed, high-sugar, and fatty junk foods. The skit effectively conveyed the message that dietary choices play a pivotal role in shaping one’s physical and mental well-being.
Students also demonstrated various yoga postures promoting holistic well-being. With poise and grace, they guided their peers through gentle stretches, balancing poses, and relaxation exercises. At the end students with teachers took a pledge to adopt healthy habits.
The assembly concluded with appreciative and encouraging words from the respected Headmistress, Ms. Ritu Jain, who commended the students for their performances. The applause from everyone present underscored the success of the event
Overall, the class assembly served as a powerful platform for promoting holistic wellness among students, encouraging them to make informed choices that contribute to their overall well-being. It reinforced the idea that cultivating healthy habits is not only beneficial on an individual level but also essential for building a thriving and vibrant community.
