[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Earth Day was celebrated on a virtual platform with great zeal and enthusiasm by the students of classes Nursery and Prep on Thursday, April 22, 2021 , with an aim to inculcate respect and love for mother nature.

The young learners of Nursery and Prep enthusiastically participated in making paper bags with old newspapers . The teachers encouraged students to share their thoughts  and laid emphasis on discouraging the use of plastic bags. Little munchkins of Nursery were fascinated to be the part of seed sowing activity. The students learnt the importance of our natural resources and promised to save water, trees, energy and use them judiciously.

The students of class Prep also witnessed a practical experiment on waste management by segregating biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste in appropriate (Green/Blue) bins. Importance of waste segregation was stressed greatly. Students were motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

It was a treat to see each Dipsite of Nursery and Prep turn into a Green Warrior.
