The entrance to a household is significant in the Indian culture. It’s a gateway towards the pure interiors of the house away from the outer world. Torans or bandhanwaars have been used for centuries to invoke positivity and celebration in temples and homes.

To imbibe the richness of our culture and appreciate our rich heritage ‘Bandhanwaar Making’ Activity was held on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 in the online mode. Class IV Dipsites participated in the activity with a lot of enthusiasm and zeal. They showcased their creativity using various fabrics and papers. They decorated their Bandhanwaars with glitter, ribbons, coloured rice, pulses, dust powder and other material. It was a delight to see their fresh and innovative designs. Dipsites showcased their creations with joy and pride and adorned their doors with their beautiful carvings.
