WARFARE AT ITS PEAK

                                           BY ANYA AGGARWAL (REPORTER, UNGA)

Right now, this support has furthered the conflict and ended in disarray.
Russia has maintained its influence in Sudan as a political partner and
exporter of supplies for the military. We should prioritize the emphasis on
actuality. The well-being of the Sudanese population over their geological
interests. To accomplish the feeling of peace in Sudan, we should
facilitate these global players to divert their focus from mediocre struggles
to genuine and central ones. Even the roles of neighbouring countries and
organisations should not be overlooked. Sudan’s exasperated civil war and
power struggle between the USA and Russia have led to severe
consequences for the Sudanese. Violence and external interference just
deepen this suffering. We must advocate for peaceful deliberations, and
encourage the major global powers to classify the well-being of the
Sudanese people over their strategic interests. A peaceful and prosperous
Sudan is not only in the interest of the Sudanese people but also in the
interest of the international community at large. I personally believe,

    Disrupted Plans and Unwavering Hope

    Dear Diary,

On the morning of 25 October, 2022, I woke up in a hotel in Moscow. I had arrived at a few week earlier
    to meet my sister.
But as soon as i saw the news headlines, all the plans were disrupted. Scenes of military helicopters
launching missiles on ukrainian states. Ukraine was and remains its own country with people who would
risk everything to resist russian imperialism. The challenges Ukraine faced were harsh.
Most immediately i had to leave Russia. Within 36 hours i packed my bags and vacated my room and
boarded a plane back to India. A deep, intractable uncertaintly has haunted the days that have now
passed since 25 October. My questions are professional and personal. The betrayal for the people who
lost there homes. Is it fair for the people who lost their homes because of the war? What will finally bring
an end to the war? And, depending on the resolution of this conflict, when the war ends how will the
ukranians and russsians rebuild themselves, their countries and their futures?
They should stop the war. I oppose Russian violence and work towards a brighter and peaceful
future.Well now i have to go to sleep.

Good night diary CARTOONIST- ANANYA KHURANA
