World Book Day

At DPS Greater Faridabad, we are committed to nurturing a lifelong love for reading and creativity among our students and staff. In alignment with this vision, we joyfully celebrated World Book Day on Wednesday, April 23, 2025—a globally recognized occasion that honors authors, books, and the joy of reading.

To mark the day, the entire school participated in D.E.A.R. Time (Drop Everything and Read) from 7:25 AM to 7:40 AM. It was heartening to see students and staff fully immersed in their books, creating a calm and focused reading environment across the campus.

A variety of engaging activities were organized for students of Classes III to VIII.

Students of Classes III to V came dressed as their favorite book characters, enthusiastically sharing details and stories about the roles they portrayed. Their excitement brought beloved literary figures to life.

Meanwhile, students of Classes VI to VIII showcased their creativity through activities such as bookmark making, book cover designing, and poster making. Each creation reflected their imagination, understanding, and appreciation for books and reading.

It was a day filled with joy, creativity, and literary wonder.
