What makes India unique is its unity in diversity. Under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat program, students of class 2 were made aware about some important facts about Haryana and its partner state Telangana through a questionnaire on 4th May, 2022.  Later, interactive discussions were held between the teachers and the students on the same. After a fortnight, on 19th May, 2022 a quiz was conducted with the help of a power point presentation to evaluate the level of understanding of our young dipsites. 10 teachers and 310 students participated in the activity. Students were very prompt in answering the questions and impressed their teachers with their speed and accuracy. The quiz concluded by giving them additional information about the two states viz. the date on which the states were formed, the state from which they were carved out and their location on the political map of India. This exercise enhanced their knowledge about the rich culture and heritage of not only these states but also the country on a larger level.  It was a very informative and enriching activity for the participants.
