Accepting the truth that “No work is stressful, it’s your inability to manage your body, mind, and emotions that make you stressful”,On September 10, 2022, a workshop was hosted by the school on the topic ‘No Matter What’ for the teachers of classes I to XII. 

The workshop was conducted by an eminent personality Ms. Neha Wahi, the Vice President of AB Education and recipient of various prestigious awards and honours. She initiated the session by quoting her real-life journey since her birth that groomed her into what she is today and how she has emerged as a strong and influential woman in the society. She emphasised on ‘No What Matter’, we can sail through every difficult or complicated situations of our life if we keep a positive attitude and embrace the situation to find a solution rather than moaning over it. Ms. Neha Wahi, kept the participants engaged throughout the session by giving them opportunities to introspect their own personality, giving them tasks to focus on their strength and weakness and also by sharing tips to prioritise their errands to achieve short- and long-term goals.

The invigorating workshop culminated leaving the participants overwhelmed after such an inspirational and enlightening session.
