The programme commenced on 8th January 2024 with an inauguration by the Chief Guest – Shri B. K. Chaturvedi, The Chairman, The DPS Society whose insightful words set the tone for the week. His address emphasized the decisive role of principals in building a stronger future for students.

Throughout the week, participating principals gained an understanding of a wide range of topics ranging from leadership & team building, diversity & inclusion, emotional intelligence competencies, school procedures, design thinking, and legal matters to foundational stage education: implication of NEP 2020.

Renowned educators, including Dr. Happy Paul, Associate Professor from IIM, Visakhapatnam, Dr. Bindu Kulkarni, Associate Professor from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, Mr. Dinesh Jotwani, Advocate from Supreme Court of India and Dr. Neera Jain, Professor from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon among others enlightened the audience with their knowledge, experience and innovative approaches to education.

Ms. Vanita Sehgal, Executive Director, HRDC, The DPS Society, carried out all the proceedings of the programme. Her inspiring session on School Procedures resonated with all the principals. The highlight of the event was the certificate distribution, by Shri V. K. Shunglu, The Vice Chairman, The DPS Society, to acknowledge the dedication and commitment of each participant.

The event wasn’t just about obtaining knowledge; it was about building a network and sharing the best teaching practices.
