The National level IDE (Innovation,Design and Entrepreneurial) Bootcamp held on April 9 and 10,2024 organised by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with CBSE, NCERT,AICTE and other important stakeholders at Chandigarh Engineering College Jhanjeri, Mohali was an enriching learning experience for the attendees who gathered from various states of India. Ms Geetika Mehta, TGT Physics, DPS Greater Faridabad along with Pritish Khatri, Class IX C attended the two days long training at the CEC Campus, Mohali.

The eminent speakers included Mr Amit Kaushal, Nodal Centre Head, AICTE, Mr Amit Singh, Senior Program Manager, Wadhwani Foundation , Prakash Nimbalkar, Startup Advisor and Mentor @Meity Startup Hub, Wadhwani Foundation , Dr Mohd Harnoor Anwar, Sr. Entrepreneur Educator, Dr Prachee Gaur, Founder, CEO, Remarkable Education Pvt Ltd, Dr JK Sharma, Director, Gagan Jagdeep Pvt Ltd, Dr Anshika Bansal,Manager-Technology Business Incubator, IISER, Mohali, Shri Harsurinder Singh Pal Brar, Director , School Education.

The young learners learnt the art of taking potential ideas to start ups. The sessions on Grants and Funding Opportunities for student start up, how to make your business stand out, let’s id8, Quick Math on different expenses in business ,Customer insights, Rapid prototyping etc. held in two days by the experts helped children develop the entrepreneurial skills.

Our young entrepreneur, Pritish Khatri got an opportunity to share his digital venture in front of the esteemed speakers and other participants, who applauded his efforts and commended him for the purpose driven product designed by him.

Focused on cultivating entrepreneurial skills, the bootcamp provided invaluable insights and networking opportunities for emerging innovators. The gracious hospitality of CEC, Jhanjeri, added to the event’s success, fostering a vibrant culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among India’s youth.
