Christmas is not a season it’s a feeling that is for giving and sharing and coming together with family and friends. Once again, the ‘TOGETHERNESS PARK’ at Delhi Public School, Greater Faridabad, gleamed and glowed with fun and laughter of young enthusiasts of ‘LITTLE WONDER WINGS’ from class Pre-Nursery to II on Thursday, 22 December 2022. This year’s Christmas Carnival was unanimous as it brought new hopes and set new horizons for everyone around. The classrooms, corridors and Togetherness Park were adorned with beautiful decorations done by the students and teachers. The game stalls were put up by our 9 esteemed parent Moms who wholeheartedly volunteered their time and effort to make the day more exciting and fun-filled for the young ones. The kids enjoyed playing games that enhanced their learning of life skills too. The game El-bow-A-Ball infused the spirit of teamwork; staying focused was something that they learned from the game- Feed the Snowman and you get what you give was easily understood by the game – Make a wish and get a Gift! and the Tug of War brought cheers and laurels to each group. It was a sight to see teachers and students enjoy dancing and cheering for Santa together.

The major highlight of the day was a gift from ‘SECRET SANTA’ wherein the students exchanged gifts with their friends.

The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was amply visible from the faces of children in Santa attire or wearing their favourite party dress in festive red or green colour, sharing their favourite food with friends and making merriment together.
