  1. Extended Schooling from Age 3<\/strong>: NEP focusses on making education mandatory for children from ages 3 to 18, incorporating three years of pre-school into the curriculum.<\/li>\n
  2. Mother Tongue as Medium of Instruction<\/strong>: It prioritizes native languages, following the “three-language formula “in early education.<\/li>\n
  3. Unified Higher Education Body<\/strong>: The Higher Education Commission of India (HECI) will regulate all higher education except for medical and legal fields.<\/li>\n
  4. Blurring of Academic Streams<\/strong>: Removal of distinctions between arts and sciences, curricular and extra-curricular activities, and vocational and academic programs.<\/li>\n

  11. Technological Innovation<\/strong>: Establishes the National Educational Technology Forum (NETF) to integrate technology into education.<\/li>\n
