It is indeed a historic moment for AGRANI- the Interact Club of Delhi Public School Greater Faridabad as it has received the prestigious ‘BEST INTERACT PROJECT AWARD’ by District Rotary 3011 during their District Thanks Giving Event – ‘JASHN of Josh- Jazba-Junoon’ on 25 June 2022 at The Taj Palace, New Delhi.

AGRANI has been felicitated with this trophy for rendering selfless services to the community and for the success of its phenomenal project — ‘Gyarah Mutthi Se Jyada Daan’, which advocated for a fight to ensure Zero Hunger – a part of Sustainable Development Goal 2. Under the project, a campaign was organized to collect nutritious dry eatables from those who were a part of the DPSGF community. Due to the generous donations of the parents, teachers and students, the club was able to collect an appreciable amount of food which was then distributed amongst the needy at ‘Prabhat NGO’ and ‘Kanya Ashram’. Not only this, the members of Robinhood Army (NGO) were also invited to the school with a group of 25 children from the nearby slums. Each of them was provided with a gift hamper consisting of the collected items.

The Project received high acclamations from the District Governor 2021-22 Rtn. Shruti, and Rtn. Anup Mittal. AGRANIwill continue make all possible efforts to carry on with its selfless service and keep the flag of DPSGF high.
