‘Our ability to reach unity in diversity is the beauty of our Nation.’

DPS Greater Faridabad always encourages our little Dipsites to stay connected with their roots and cultural heritage. ‘Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat’ program was organized in line with this effort.

‘Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat’ program was specifically designed to bring two diverse states, Haryana and Telangana, together. In the month of May, state symbols of these states – such as trees, flowers, birds and animals were introduced to students through a PPT. To further reinforce the concept of state symbolic flowers, students designed beautiful flower badges, counted the number of letters in Haryana and Telangana and wrote the numbers respectively on the flower badges.

 Dipsites shared their joy of learning about ‘Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat’, with their families, when they happily carried those beautiful flower badges home. This project ‘Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat’ truly brought both the states together defining ‘Unity in Diversity’ in its true sense.
